Timothy Lockley returns with a second collection of his mind-bending medley of cartoons, Somewhere There’s a Cartoonist Making Fun of Us. He will be the next speaker at the library’s Authors & Characters @ Your Library on Tuesday, April 16 at 11:45 a.m. in the Seal Room of the Bay St. Louis-Hancock County Library.

There will be a golf tournament at Whispering Pines in Hurley on April 13 to benefit Mickey and Rhonda Powell. Mickey, an investigators at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, and his wife  Rhonda had a house fire last month and have lost everything they own.

Sponsorships are $100 and there is a $45 fee to play.
